It takes longer to load custom stages, than regular, maybe lag but I doubt it. That idea would be cool, Id be able to fool around on the custom stages, more fun and unpredictable..

I would absolutely hate this. I am sorry to say it, but I would. Many players can practice on the stages and make them suited for one character. Also, people can practice on that stage while nobody else can, so they have no experience there. I would hate brawling on a stage that only a couple people on Earth know about. If you got a practice round there, then fine. But otherwise, I would hate it.
Who wants to brawl on a stage where only one person knew how to get nearly one hit kills at? Nobody. Who wants To fight at an elevated stage where you can't recover because you chose Donkey Kong? Not me. It would be annoying to fight at these places.

NO! No custom stages.
Sometimes even I make custom stages for 1 character. Such as: Pit, I make a really high place where only he can get to. All characters who can bounce off walls: Made a stage where to get up where all the fun is, you need that move. This, is why it is bad. |

Let's say I am about to play on the stage where only Wall Jumpers could go up a small passageway up to reach the battlefield. Let's say I picked my main, Lucas. Well, Lucas can't wall jump or go high when it comes to narrow spaces, so if I would've picked Toon Link, I would've been fine. But it still is nfair to the opponents.

I reckon it would be pretty nice to be able to play online with your custom stages.
I see your point Shade, but if you don't like the stage, there's nothing stopping you from leaving. The stages would mostly be shared by friends anyway, so you probably wouldn't come across them very often. The option should be there at least, though it's not like there isn't enough content in the game already. |

First of all, they wouldn't let you publish a new stage if theres not enough room to walk on, try it urself, put like one square, and they will tell you not enough terrain. Second, it would be real nice to have them so people can see your creativtiy and vice versa.
