I don't have a profile picture, and my information says that I'm male when I'm female! How do I change all this?

Click user CP at the top on the bar and then you'll see it say edit profile.
That's how easy it is

Also a profile picture is a VIP only feature I believe. So I don't think you'll be able to do that with your current stats. But like Rowdy said, everything else can be found in the User CP near the top of the site page.
