Yeah he says he's making the room 10 minutes before the official start, so thats about 3 minutes, but you have about 12-13 overall, before you cant join anymore.
I recommend joining as soon as the room is up though >.>

well i was waiting for trsteve to come on and it was 5pm here the time he stated but i didn't see him on so i went downstairs to my comp to see if he was on and i saw the message to log off and come back on and everything would be set so i did it and when i got back on it had already started.
