Why?
"Shiny Gyarados!"
I find it funny how the character mistakes a bloody Gyarados for a shiny Gyarados. It'd be hard to tell the difference because that's how a Shiny Gyarados looks.

i really liked Jimmy's comic, but if we could vote twice fyree gets my vote

reason: the idea of shiny gyrados came out of no way and the background was great with good quality
