  (Click here to go to the Index) News: 8/30 Well school starts next week for me so yea things might get more busy for me. Then again they might also get easier in the sense of making web comics. I won't be able to record LP videos which I've kind-of been more focused on lately anyways and there will a lot more times that I'll just be sitting at the classroom before class start that I can just draw while waiting. Speaking of which I just posted the last comic I've had done today, therefore, I won't be posting comics for a couple or so weeks. Hope none of you mind too much. Jackit and friends live in a world full of Mentalist..... just think of them as Adapts from the Golden Sun games and you should be on the right track. While not everyone in this world is a mentalist, they do make up most of the population and most of the cast therefore is also a Mentalist. They also have made connections with other various gaming worlds allowing the cast to go to various Nintendo worlds and for characters to come to their world.
Elemental Bodies (certain traits mentalist have by instinct) History of Jackit and Friends: Where did the name Jackit come from? See my blogs for more details. Jackit  Jackit is an teenage water mentalist and a well-known hero of his area. His days of hero started after one day when Diddy convinced him and Sara to sneak onto the elders boat. He along with Sara, Tim, and Joe ended up taking over the elders mission of bring life back to the lighthouse while fending off the Shadow Claws who appeared to be trying to stop it. However, it turns out that the Shadow Claws were stalling so their leader Lord Lion, known by anyone not evil as L.L. could gather the resources needed to wield it's full power. It was after the last lighthouse was lit that Jackit was reviled as the hero of his generation. With the help of his allies he was able to reach where the power met and then fend the Shadow Claws away from the power. Jackit is a kind and compassiate person. He used to be a quiet and shy person, but his first adventure made him socialable and talks as much as any normal person. Understanding that his actions has made him a bit of a role model, he can be hesistant to take certain actions if he worries that others will follow. He has two main interests, history of his world's past and *cough* video games*cough*. He's not the type to start a fight but he will fight when it is needed. Sara  Fire mentalist and closest friend to Jackit. The two of them have been friends since childhood and have had serval adventures together to protect the planet/universe/etc. Unlike Jackit, Sara often spends her spare time with athletics, one of them being Tennis. Sara is clueless about video games and the internet, an exact opposite to Jackit. Though due to Jackit's insistance, she does occansionally give games a try. Tough while slightly tomboyish in looks, she is highly against women stereotypes. She also isn't fond of Jackit/Sara slippages and gets ticked at anyone who makes such a suggestion. Similar to Jackit, she does have compassion to others. However, she is more bold than Jackit and is more susceptible to anger than he is. Tim  Tim is a wind mentalist. He is much more quiet then the other three main characters. Despite being the youngest of the main cast, he is the widest. He is often meditates and when he does just about nothing can disturb his focus. Tim also is a wind Mentalist. Ontop of being able to control the wind, this also grants him the power to read minds, though he doesn't often make use of this ability. He met Jackit and Sara early on in their first quest and has been a close compainon of the two ever since. Joe  Earth mentalist who is a master swordsman of Weyard. Like Tim, he met up with Jackit and Sara on their first adventure to save the world and has been a close companion of the Jackit group ever since. Sara.... not so much... but he's tollerable to her. He's the oldest of the four and he's often the perfect example of a stereotypical young adult. He's often tries to charm the ladies with his toughness and "manlyness". He used to try to charm Sara a lot but has recently given it up. He also often ends up the butt end of the joke. It is also known that he is not a fan of "kiddie stuff", which revolves around the reasons the Wii is his least favorite console, and why he doesn't like Pokemon.  OK here is the first one! Forgive me if there are words that are hard to read, but I've tried to make it all work out. I think I'm gonna fix it up using gimp or something later. The New Years Resoultion |

good start jackit! it's probably easier to use plain ol' printer paper and use GIMP to color, itt'l make your characters stand out more and its a lot easier than using colored pencil, (trust me, I used colored pencils too and gimp is a hell of a lot quicker!)

I have a few suggestions, first, if I were you I would stick to drawing the comics on paper, but NOT Maths paper, your drawings you did on the computer don't look as good.
Also, one you have finished your comic, trace over the pencil lines with a pen so the words show up better and you don't have to edit it on your computer Hope that helps
