New to the internet but not new to the comic buisness,this is

The Odd Ball Log!!!

About the Comic and Myself

My urge to draw comics began in 6th grade when I read my first Captain Underpants book(I have to give credit to that series!)It all started out as some little project I worked on and then it evolved to an actual comic series in 8th grade.Thats when the base characters for the Odd Ball Log were born!

After a while of fumbling on the PC,I learned how to post,color,and print online!Then,it got into my school newspaper in highschool!And now,I'm a senior and official cartoonist with the Odd Ball Comic leading the charge!Now I want to share this comic series with you all!Hope you enjoy!!

How this comic will work

Well,I will be updating this comic on weekends meaning this comic will be updated 2 times per week!Sometimes I may post lame single pic comics because I may be a little too busy

but I'll try to post as much as possible!

Historical Moments
Sunday October 4th 2009-Comic is opened and Episodes 1 & 2 were posted
Thursday October 15th 2009-First crossover based off The Oddball Log comic is made by Fyree the Spirit God and his WiiPals

Characters

Gus

Not to be confused with me,this is a different Gus.He is what you can call a downright serious person but with a silly gamer within him.He was my very first permament comic character.He is a major Zelda fan is always wearing a tunic similar to Link(still in denial that it's anything like it).He currently rooms in with Steve to share the bills and is always on his case,seeing as they are exact opposites.He tends to be anti social at times and ironically has Steve as a best friend since middle school.He also is known to be a coffee addict.He is the co-main character of the comic.At times he will break the fourth-wall,knowing he is in a comic.If he could tolerate Steve,he can tolerate everything else!

Steve

Steve had known Gus since middle school and hasnt really changed much since then.He's always getting himself into trouble and has Gus getting him out of it.He's much more social than Gus and more hyper active.He wears a Z pot on his head to represent his love of Zittles (the parody of a Skittles) but nobody in the comic universe finds that weird.When you put the opposites of Steve and Gus together,interesting outcomes will result....He is the co-main character of the comic.

This comic is awesome! May I ask what you use to make it?

Well,first I draw them by hand on comic templates I print out myself.I then scan them and color them with a program called Corel Paint Shop Pro X2.It usually costs money but I got it as a gift from a Graphic Arts class I took. :P
