Ok.

May I make a few suggestions Angel?

"If 1 out of 2 people come from the representatives only 6 racers (The higher final ranking racers) points will be counted or i can half it."

Hmmm... I say, showing up should count for something and that essentially penalizes other teams for having two people racing.
I could do something like.. just send one racer, if I only have one good one and never have a second person join.

So, yea... count all points as they come.

Um.. I'm kind of confused as to why you need a co-host... as this is only once a week, wouldn't you be hosting each week?

Also, if you can figure out a way to snap a picture of the final score, it will save you SO much trouble of having to rely on other people remember their score/place.

Anyway, those are my thoughts, once you actually say that this is for certain happening, I will let you know who my racers are. We will sub in alternates as needed, trying to give you a day or two notice so you can add FCs as needed ._.
