The new Lost Winds I think tops them all now. I loved the first one and this sequel throws you right into the action with all the powers of the first and a ton of improvements and better narrative.

I think the best WiiWare title is Tetris, but its more opinion based. World of Goo was an excellent games but once you beat it it got kind of boring.
