Wii Ware games usually have limited capabilities, and are more cheap. Normal games can push the system to it's limits. This is because Wii ware games have to be downloaded which means less space to store the game.

ALSO--
most WiiWare games are developed by smaller 3rd Party companies, and Nintendo lets them release "experimental" games through the Shop Channel Although some WiiWare games have been available on Disc in some retail stores

yeah the entire Majoras Mask and Ocarina of time are on there but most of the others are sort of old school retroish
