I was just wondering if there were any good WiiWWare/Virtual Console games that I could play with my youngest sister when we had nothing else to do?

Currently we have Defend Your Castle, (which she calls the "people flinging game"XD), however, it's been a long time since I got a WiiWare game and was wondering if there was any games that I could buy that we both be able to enjoy.

PS: Is Pokemon Ranch entertaining for kids if you have a Pokemon game to supply the Pokemon?

Wow this thread really got revived. Currently I don't really need this question answered anymore since I already got Pokemon Ranch awhile ago. But it is an interesting topic so I guess it can stay up......

even if this is old i would say this. "Tetris" or "Dr.Mario Online RX" there is alot of kids games but those 2 are just suggestions. You'll have to figure it out by looking.

Idk bout dr.mario but you two should be able to enjoy tetris.

Pokémon Ranch might be okay for a kid, but really, there just isn't a whole lot to do. You also have to build up your ranch, by supplying more and more Pokémon, but you have to wait until the next day until this has effect. At the very start, all you can do is literally, watch the Pokémon walk around.

You might want to look into Pop. It's a game about popping bubbles, and despite the generic sounding idea, it's actually a lot of fun. I have the DSi version, but the Wiiware version has 2-player co-op, so you can help your little sister play. The game also has power-ups, the ability to pump bubbles up and make them blow up, a combo system, and so on, so there is more to it then just simply popping bubbles.

Defend your castle isn't considered a kids game. it was mostly rated m for the blood and the fact that you kill ppl but dfc is fun. another suggestion is super mario world for SNES. it has i think a total of 96 levels to play and it is mega fun.

Uh, the blood was taken out of the Wiiware release, so all the violence is just really cartoony now. Plus, it was rated E.

Apparently Dr. Mario is a pretty good WiiWare game, so I'd look into that. Apart from that, I'm not really sure.

What Pocketim said. I would never let her play something that had blood in it. I had hesitation just letting her watch me play Smash Bros. Brawl because it was rated T.

Wow, this thread got really bumped.... I already got Pokemon Ranch and it really did do a good job entertaining her. But I don't think it lasted too long. I think now it's just sitting around collecting dust....

Feel free to use this thread to talk this topic though I guess. :/
