![]() Fall TA Banner by: Angelstar An Introduction to TA: Team Awesome is a new event group built with the sole purpose of providing Nintendopals.net with Bamf events and to just to let everyone on the forum have a great time! This group is not official nor is it related in any of the regular Site events. If you are a creative, fun, and out going, This may be the perfect group for you! Being a member on this team is a lot of work, but the feeling of a successful event benefiting the site is extremely rewarding. Our Motto: New Event Team, New Ideas, New Attitude! Applications for TA: Simply fill out a small app containing the following in order to apply for TA: 1. Site Accomplishments 2. Events ran previous to this. Tournaments, forum games, etc. 3. Your activity! How long do you visit this site each day? 4. How would you make a positive impact by being a member of Team Awesome? List what you would like to accomplish and how you plan to achieve them. Weekly Meetings and Our Policy: Each TA member is expected to attend our weekly Staurday Night Meeeting. This meeting is every Saturday at 7PM EST. Here we discuss future events, brainstorm, chat about the site, and interact with each other and learn to work as a team. If something comes up where you are unable to attend a meeting, simply pm me, Josh, or Yankee so we know what's up and you're not skipping on us. We also sometimes have meetings on Wednesdays at 7PM EST these are not our usual time slot but sometimes we need to discuss things quickly and Wednesday works for the majority of our members. TA has a strict Policy we enforce regarding our meetings: 3 Meeting Cuts without an Excuse and you're Out! Activity Checks: Each month the leaders of TA will evaluate all the member participation and activity on the team. If you are inactive and do not contribute a lot, expect to be booted off. TA is very serious regarding our work and we allow no slackers! We work as a democracy and will always have a group vote on who stays and who go's. No bias, no bull

GL with your new team guys
I'd join but despite the fact that I can organize, come up with ideas, and keep something under control, just about everything I start I have a bad habit of not finishing, whether I lose intrest in a wifi game the event or service concerns or I hype it up so much and jump in over my head , or even it becomes unpopular enough that i forget to run it and some poor soul shows up to an attractive looking intro for something i have irresponsibly abondonedI know im kindof exaggerating my flaws but still it IS in issue if i get that under control one day maybe ill see if I can join u guys lol doubt youd want somebody who suddenly stops pullin his weight all of a sudden, with your rep already under attack once again GL and Godspeed, lookin forward to quality ideas comin from youz |

I would like to join this group.
1. Site Accomplishments -I have attempted to bring new ideas to the table, and attempted to revive sections.(I'm not certain as to accomplishments to a certain extent) 2. Events ran previous to this. Tournaments, forum games, etc. -I've hosted many tournaments in the SSBB, MKW, and Conduit sections(More in SSBB/MKW). 3. Your activity! How long do you visit this site each day? -I visit this site every day. 4. How would you make a positive impact by being a member of Team Awesome? List what you would like to accomplish and how you plan to achieve them. -I would make a positive impact by constantly attending scheduled meetings on time, constantly making an effort to submit ideas whenever necessary, and remaining dedicated to give all members of NP fun! List of Accomplishments I plan to meet: To get more members interested and involved in events - I'm willing to send massive PM's, advertise in chat or perhaps emphasize or exaggerate the respected event(s) a bit. Making sure events are completed in their entirety - I will remain dedicated and send as many PM reminders as needed to make sure this is the case.
