As if cramming three fantastic games on a single disc wasn't enough, Nintendo of America has revealed a collector's edition of Metroid Prime Trilogy, complete with a fancy metal case, slip cover and art booklet. This will be the only version of the game shipping (for quite some time likely - hello golden Ocarina of Time cartridge) so there's no additional cost.

Metroid Prime Trilogy is due out in America August 24, with a European release in early September. It's likely Nintendo of Europe will offer the collector's edition as well.

That is one sexy box...I think the game itself is worth it just for the box.

My god, I think I might agree with you there. I was a little sceptical since I already have 2 and 3, but as someone that likes to collect the best games, i'm not gonna turn my nose up to somthing as sexy looking as that if I see it at a decent price. =O
