![]() Shigeru Miyamoto has made some pretty incredible video game experiences, many of which will go down as the best video games of all time. But that doesn't mean he hasn't been disappointed with the reaction to some of his games. In a recent interview, I asked the Mario creator if there were any titles which didn't quite have the public support that he would've expected at their release:
source I guess this is why Star Fox isn't exactly high on Nintendo's list, since Japan would probably be their primary market and it's not one of their most popular series over there. |

Hmm, well that would certainly explain things.
I think that alot of the time, we as fans and consumers tend to forget that in addition to be our main source of joy and entertainment, they're also a company. They need to make games to cater to the widest audience, so while I'm sure that Fox and the Crew will soon embark to save the galaxy once again, I can understand why it wouldn't be top priority as of right now. |

Itäs a shame really as I personally like this series of games. I like that they try to make something new anf fun for us to do in every game, but I also can see why not everyone likes this.
They would probably like it to stick to the sci-fi shooter that it was/is.
