Sounds good, but I think they should wait a little longer considering the DSi only got released a few months ago.

I don't think they should come out with a new gaming system yet. Its been said already, but the DSi just came out. I would like a new one but its just too early for them to already announce a new one

they should keep the ds and upgrade it. look at the xbox360, it is really old yet it is one of the best systems today.

It hasn't even been a year yet for the release of the DSi. Its two soon for a new system. I like to stick with the DSi.

the dsi is kind of cool but its not that much of an upgrade so it would be awesome if nintendo released a new handheld, although it does suck for people who saved up to buy the dsi

Exactly. With the DSi just out. I hightly doubt that Nintendo would be stupid enough to do that. It could put DSi sales in jeopardy with people waiting for this "New" handheld... BUT. They may show a stock or something like that and say it will be out in.. 2 years? Just because they show something doesn't mean it has to be on shelves within three months.

As for WHAT to see in the handheld. Better graphics are a must. DS graphics are not enough to hold me for long. (I am a DSi owner) I long for PSP graphics.
I also would like to see and analog stick incorporated... now THAT would be nice..

Depends.... if it's just another upgraded DS I think they've gone too far. I've haven't even gotten around to buy the thing and like people said, it just came out.

If it has brand new games for it... I think my brain might explode. I don't think I'm ready for it yet let knowing whether or not I want it... 0.o

The DSi did just came out like people said so I doubt they'll introduce anything that might affect those sales and if they do, the DSi is gonna be in a world of hurt.

Well, the Game Boy Advance's third model, the Micro, came out one year after the DS did, thus, it's not as farfetched as it seems. So, I'd be guessing the next handheld is not too far down the road...
