Oh I didn't think of that. The DS itself has been out for a while. But I been really interested in getting DSi but I don't want to get a DSi just to find out that the next system with it's own set of games is coming out.

DSi just came out--and its not like Nintendo to move on TOO fast after a released system---especially a HANDHELD one.
saying those are their BEST selling systems of ALL time.

I spent a crap load of money on DSi Ware. Unless I can transfer my DSi Wares, Im sticking with the DSi!

The Dsi BADLY needs upgrading.
Probaly as much as i need one (or a new system).

I really don't think we need a new handheld yet. Most people dont even have the DSi yet, and they are just starting to do a lot with it, like the DSi Exclusive games. Its just too soon for something new. Nintendo should wait till maybe 2 or 3 years from now. Not next year.

Nintendo released the DSi in America in April. They should at least wait until 2011. Unless, it is an upgraded version of the DSi, then maybe I will rethink my thoughts.

^^^^^ I don't really believe it's too soon for something new. Yeah, the DSi has only been around for a few months, but (look at the quote^). Also considering the GBA was 4 years old when the DS game out should make a point. The DS has been around for 5 years. IMHO, we're due for a new handheld.

we do not need a new hand held yet i say in 2-4 years yes we do since i do not want to be pissed about getting a DSI / DS and it be somewhat pointless since a new one came out and i could have gotten that one for about 20 dollars more

Looks good, hopefully they will come up with some new features.
One thing they do need to change is the fact that the Ds Hinge Breaks too easily, they need to strengthen it.

My normal Ds, Hinge completely came off. My ds was still playable, but the top screen was hanging by only one hinge left

DsLite, my hinge has a crack in it, so my top screen has to be closed or at a 90 degree angle. Anything lower than a 90 degree angle, and the Top screen of the ds will go down it's self. Gets annoying..

But a new update would be nice anyway
