It's a great (though somewhat obvious) idea. I haven't bought many wiiware titles because I don't want to risk slapping down the dough for a game I end up hating and deleting off my system anyway. With demos, I'll be able to sample games and know if there are good ones to buy. I've bought several xbox live titles thanks to their demo option.

I can't wait to do this. I don't really have a wiiware game that I regret buying because I only have 3. But I have been thinking about buying the world of goo or Tetris.
I have a PS3 and the demos are awesome on there. But what Nintendo should do for the wii is have some of the games that you can buy in the stores like Mario Kart or games like that. If Nintendo went with that step that would boost them a lot.

Yeah, these demos are out, and they are awesome!
There are 5 of 'em, which are World of Goo, NyxQuest, Bit.Trip, and My Life as a Darklord, and the only one that is a yet-to-be released game, Pokemon Rumble. BTW, I'm playing Rumble as I'm typing. It's pretty full fledged for a demo, with 6 levels and 60 Pokemon to use. Link
